Phil Crenigan is Principal and Managing Director of Executive Turning Point Pty Ltd, an executive coaching practice founded to focus on his passion for people and high performance.

Phil works with a broad corporate and private client base, coaching CEOs, senior executives and their teams to transition through critical phases of their careers including the  development of  high performance teams, personal development in leadership at executive level, executive coaching when appointed to major new roles, executive career management for high profile leaders, executive coaching to leaders who need to develop new behaviours and helping companies with major change or transition programs in order to minimise risk and capture enterprise value.

Underpinning Phil’s passion for making a difference with people is a distinguished international career with Unilever, Guinness Brewing Worldwide, Diageo PLC and Fosters Group where Phil was trained in coaching as a leadership competency.

Phil has lived and worked in many parts of the world including long term assignments in Australia, Spain, Ireland, UK, and Malaysia, and has concluded assignments in Africa, United States and  the Caribbean. Phil has undertaken thousands of hours of coaching with many diverse high performance teams.

 As a former director of a top 10 international search firm from 2007 to early 2010, Phil has met with thousands of executives and developed powerful insights into the challenges of corporate life. Phil describes the ability to help talented individuals and teams to be the best they can be as the most rewarding work of his career. 

In addition to leading a busy coaching practice, Phil is an accomplished musician and member of the Sydney Symphony Chorus. He is a former board director and now ambassador of the Australian Children‘s Music Foundation founded by Don Spencer and an Advisory Director to 44 Gallons Pty and Thin Blue Line Consulting. Phil was a member of the advisory team and Coach to X Venture, Challenge, Australia’s first ever televised corporate challenge and is a speaker and facilitator at many high profile conferences and client events.
